A smooth officer transition maintains the continuity of leadership in a student organization and assists in reaching the group's long-tem goals. In order to assist clubs and organizations to have a successful transition from outgoing to incoming leadership, the Center for Student Engagement hosts the annual Club & Organization Transition Summit.
